KMET is an Indigenous non-governmental organization (NGO) registered in 1996 under the trustees’ Act, is a recognized leader in the spheres of Reproductive Maternal Neonatal Child Adolescent Health (RMNCAH). We innovate local solutions that are culturally appropriate and impactful, influencing community behavior, beliefs, and attitudes while building skills and policy through a multisectoral lens. Our solutions target health systems strengthening, health workers capacity building and adolescent and youth empowerment with focus to the most vulnerable groups and populations. KMET is managed by a Board of Directors which ensures that the projects are managed according to its strategies, policies and procedures and within the laws of Kenya.
KMET is committed to serving underserved communities in the spheres of Adolescent Health, Maternal, Child and Family Health with footprints in 43 out of 47 Counties in Kenya.
