is a graduate of the University of Nairobi with a degree in Psychology and Counselling. Over the past six years, she has led the Youth Empowerment Initiative, a program dedicated to empowering girls and young women from vulnerable backgrounds.
Under her leadership, the initiative has significantly expanded its reach across Migori, Siaya, and Kisumu counties, fostering transformative change in the lives of beneficiaries. Janepher is a dynamic team player, an engaging presenter, and a results-driven professional with a strong commitment to social impact. Her persistence, creativity, and change-oriented mindset have been instrumental in driving the program’s success from an empowerment project to a Fully-fledged Technical center known as KMET Technical and Vocational Training College, housed within KMET Complex.
