
John is a public health specialist and strategic leader with over 16 years of experience in program management, governance, and policy development across Kenya and East Africa. Currently serving as the Programs Director and Deputy CEO at KMET, he oversees program design, quality assurance, coordination, and Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability & Learning (MEAL), while providing strategic leadership for project implementation.
With a strong technical background in Reproductive, Maternal, Child, and Adolescent Health (RMCAH), HIV/AIDS programming, and Youth Sexual & Reproductive Health/Mental Health (YSRH/MH), John has extensive expertise in ASAL and nomadic communities. He has also served on a County Public Service Board, contributing to governance and public sector reforms.
